Curriculum Overview
At the heart of an inspiring education lies a wide and inclusive curriculum that challenges pupils to develop their academic and personal skills; to become better learners and better people.
Our curriculum is inspired by what we know our pupils enjoy most: exciting lessons, engagement with technology as a tool for learning, access to topic-linked visits and visitors, an exciting extra-curricular programme, collaborations with external specialists, and most pertinently, a cross-curricular approach that enables pupils to acquire, consolidate and extend their knowledge and skills across several areas of the curriculum.

In designing our curriculum offer, attention has been given to the manner in which pupils' previous learning experiences enable them to build knowledge and skills in a systematic and progressive manner. This provides cohesion across year groups and key stages and can be viewed in our rolling programmes of study.
